Services are also available through private pay, HSA and FSA payments accepted with superbills provided upon request.

A brief initial conversation to explore your health goals and needs, determine whether we are a good fit, and answer your questions. This call helps ensure our collaboration aligns with your wellness priorities.

A comprehensive assessment of your health history, nutrition patterns, medications and supplements, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals. We will identify your nutrition priorities and develop individualized recommendations and practical next steps.

Private-pay rate: $200.

A focused follow-up to review progress, address questions or concerns, and make adjustments to your nutrition plan.

Private-pay rate: $100.

Additional time for clients who would benefit from a more comprehensive review, including changes in health, nutrition needs, medications, laboratory results, or goals.

Private-pay rate: $150.

Review and interpretation of relevant laboratory results to help identify nutritional patterns, potential nutrient concerns, and other factors that may inform your individualized nutrition plan.

Specialty and functional laboratory testing may be recommended when appropriate. Coverage for laboratory testing and related nutrition services varies by insurance plan and is not guaranteed. Any potential costs will be discussed before testing is ordered.

Lab review: $50–$150, depending on the type and complexity of testing, when not covered by insurance.

Reduced-Fee Appointments

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are reserved for caregivers, educational professionals, and individuals experiencing financial hardship. Verification is required.

Community Care appointments include the same individualized, evidence-based support as standard services. The difference is the fee structure.
