With more than twenty years of experience supporting individuals across clinical, home-based, and community settings, I have had the privilege of working alongside neurologists, mental health professionals, and primary care providers. My early work in elder care, dementia support, and end-of-life caregiving shaped the way I understand health, resilience, and the daily realities of living with complex conditions. These experiences guide the way I practice today.
My academic background includes a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, certification as a personal trainer, and a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition. I integrate this training with my hands-on clinical experience to provide evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle care. Functional nutrition differs from traditional dietetic care because it examines how the body’s systems interact with nutrition, stress, sleep, and daily habits. My focus is to understand the patterns influencing your symptoms and to support you as you build sustainable changes that strengthen your long-term well-being.
I am a weight inclusive practitioner who does not use restrictive protocols or weight-centered programs. My goal is to help you cultivate energy, strength, and confidence while respecting your personal history and your relationship with food.
In addition to working with individual clients, I provide caregiver wellness education, community presentations, and professional support sessions for CNS candidates. I strive to expand access to nutrition and lifestyle care and offer one scholarship appointment each month.
If you are seeking support that is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in clinical knowledge, I would be honored to work with you on your path to improved wellness.
